1. Reservation & Booking Guidelines
All table reservations submitted online are initial requests. Confirmation is subject to seat availability. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the slot time before cancellation.
2. Menu Pricing, Taxes & Billing
Menu prices displayed on our public ordering layout are denominated in BDT. Prices are subject to a standard 5% VAT rate which is dynamically computed at checkout. Princess Palace reserves the right to revise item price metrics without prior notification.
3. Hygiene & Safety Standards
Princess Palace maintains strict compliance with national food safety codes. Outsourcing of meals inside our family dining spaces is strictly prohibited. If you have severe allergies, please notify our service desk before placing orders.
4. Terms Modification
We reserve the absolute right to revise, modify or remove portions of these terms at any time. Your continued interactions with our online menu and reservation platforms signify your complete agreement to all updated terms.
